Yue-Ti Liu was born on 24 July 1960 in Taiwan. He is an actor and writer, known for You Long Jing Feng (1998), The Bold, the Corrupt, and the Beautiful (2017) and The World Between Us (2019). He is married to Hsin-Yueh Chang.
