Mayfield is an American animator, director and writer from Cincinnati, Ohio who worked on various animated projects including American Dad!, Boogies (co-created by Ben Ceccarelli), The Cleveland Show, The Second Best Hospital In The Galaxy, Big Mouth, Digman, Gabby, Funny or Die, Chicago Party Aunt and The Midnight Gospel.
