Moira Quirk is a British actress from Rutland, England who was a referee for Nickelodeon's Guts and voiced in various animated projects and video games including My Life as a Teenage Robot, Haunting Ground, Hogwarts Legacy, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Destiny. She has two children from her husband Michael Rayner.
